Interior:
These colorful studios have an open kitchen with a bar and bar stools, a sleeping area, a terrace, plenty of storing space and a bathroom.
The kitchen has a big refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove, kitchen linens, dishes and the necessary cooking utensils.
The sleeping area has a double size bed (3 of the studios have a box spring, one studio has two single beds) with bed linens. A baby bed is on request.
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a sink and enough storage room.
Exterior:
Each studios has it’s own private terrace with a table and 2 chairs, here you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or a refreshing drink in the shades. From this terrace you can enjoy our “Flamboyan” tree, which is flourishing between July and October.
Extras:
- All the studios have air conditioning and a radio/CD player.
- The minimum stay is one week.
- A final clean up is required for an additional cost of 30 € (Euro).
Security deposit:
- For a stay of 1 to 2 weeks a security deposit of 100 € (Euros) is required.
- For a stay of 2 to 3 weeks a security deposit of 150 € (Euros) is required.
- For a stay of a month of longer, a security deposit of 200 € (Euros) is required.
