A small vacation complex with 2 apartments and 1 extra room with bathroom, located in Juliana town, which is in the center of the island. The accommodations are in a peaceful and nice area, close to “Blue Bay” beach. The accommodations are 10 minutes drive from the airport and to the capitol “Willemstad”. In just 15 minutes driving you are in “Banda Bou” with beautiful white sandy beaches, the “Christoffel” park, colonial country houses, diving spots, etc. These accommodations are perfect for those who enjoy peace and nature.

The “Aqua” room with bathroom:

This cozy room with 1 double size bed is part of the Villa. The room offers a lot of comfort and privacy It has air-conditioning, a fridge, coffee maker, a water boiler, radio, sheets for the bed and plenty storage space.

The room is connected to a bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink and towels.

Outside there is a beautiful garden with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the sun or shadow from the trees.

The room (4th one on the pictures) is for 1 or 2 persons and is cleaned once a week

Barbecue on request.

Apartment 1 (Blue):

This apartment is part of a peacefully located villa, surrounded with a beautiful garden. The apartment offers you a lot of comfort and privacy. The apartments has its own entrance and is for 1 or 2 persons.

This apartment has a living/sleeping room with a double size bed, sheets, colorful furniture, a radio/CD player and a prepaid phone.

The kitchen has all the needed comfort; a fridge, a 4 pits stove, coffee maker, cutlery, kitchen linens and more.

Near the kitchen you will find the bathroom with toilet, a shower, sink and towels.

On the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful shaped tropical garden with indigenous plants and (fruit) trees. Here you can enjoy the peace, the singing of the birds, the music of the crickets and the whistling of the tree frogs.

On this terrace there is a cozy sitting area, where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the shades.

This apartment has air-conditioning and bed-, bath-, and kitchen linens.

Barbecue is on request.

The guests may use the swimming pool

Price: Starting at 35 Euro per night.

For the “Aqua” room: 35 € (Euro) per night for 2 persons.

For apartment 1 (Blue): 46 € (Euro) per night for 2 persons.

For apartment 2 (Red): 64 € (Euro) per night for 2 persons.



	The Prices are excluding 5% tax.
	The prices include the water consumption but do not include electricity.

	* It is possible to stay with your family and/or friends in the apartment 2 and the “Aqua” room together. For questions contact us.

Extras:

- The guests of all 3 accommodations may use the swimming pool during their stay.

- Your apartment can be cleaned for 6 US$ per hour and the use of the washing machine is 5.50 US$ per load.

- Grocery service on request. Receipt needs to be paid on the day of arrival to the owner.

- Books with information about Curacao are available in the Library of the owner.

- You can always ask the owner about trips, sight seeing tours, tourist attractions, tips, tourism information, etc.

- Barbecue is on request (for the Room and apartment 1).

- The sofa bed can be used for an extra person for 15 € per night.

- Wireless Internet available in all accommodations.

Apartment 2 (Red):

This apartment is free standing near the villa of the owner, it has a tropical garden with a sheltered terrace (gazebo) and garden furniture. You’ll have your own private barbecue. The apartment is for 1 or 2 persons.

The apartment is divided in: a living room with a sitting area (sleeping coach), with cable television, and a radio/CD player. A fully equipped kitchen with; fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a 4 pits stove, kitchen towels and cutlery.And at last the bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be pulled together), sheets and air-conditioning.

The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a sink and towels.
